Birchbank Golf Course is happy to be working with Tourism Rossland and the Kootenay Golf & Adventure Trail partners to promote Stay & Play vacations in our area. Our area has a tremendous number of attractions that compliment our super golf courses and makes it a great destination for golfers and for families to play golf and to enjoy a vacation.
We have added a new page to our website called “Things To Do” and have started to add links, videos and photos to help vacationers/golfers see why we think this is the best place to Stay & Play at any time of the year.
We may not be able to golf at our local course at this time of the season, but we can attend a Golf Show to get our golf fix. Stroll the show floor and check out the booths, meet with the vendors, and even try out some of the latest equipment.

It’s a perfect time to start perfecting your putting stroke. Work on your stroke while the TV commentators drone on about how the next shot should be played or how many times Tiger did something or other.
Perhaps you can even perfect this putt….
Less than 2 months until golf season begins.
If you are a member of the Birchbank Business Ladies Club, then you should have received an email from the BBLC requesting your input for planning the 2016 BBLC schedule of events. Send your comments and suggestions to Sheila Moro at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The season opener will be on April 26 2016, but hopefully we will have loads of golfing prior to this date. Closing is September 13.
Birchbank Golf wishes all golfers happy and healthy 2016 and reminds everyone that the countdown to the 2016 golf season has begun. Weather permitting, our opening day is April 1, 2016
Looking forward to this?

It was hard to decide which was the best thing about this year’s edition of the GT Car Wash Closing Scramble – the fantastic weather, the people you got to play golf with, the food, or the great sponsor of the event, GT Car Wash, who made sure everyone won a prize.
Beautiful weather and great playing conditions
After 127 names were drawn, the remaining name pulled out and this year’s winner of the reverse draw for a 2016 Birchbank membership was Frank Marino. Congratulations Frank! (In an amazing twist of luck, Frank’s wife was the second to last name drawn.)
