Jr Golf DRIVE, CHIP, PUTT Photos

The Jr. Golf  DRIVE, CHIP, PUTT Competition was well attended by players, parents and volunteers. Birchbank Jr. Golf would like to thank all the people involved in offering this FREE program, including Dennis & Lance for providing the weekly lessons, Margo & the Bistro staff for the hot dogs & pop at the windup, volunteers Glenn, Fran, & Bud as well as members of the Trail Jr. SmokeEaters who helped run the windup competition, and Ron Wilson for the great photos – a few posted below.

Top score for the girls went to Anika (who also had the longest drive of the day) and top score for the boys went to Max.

Parents wishing to view more photos or wanting copies of the photos should speak to Dennis.

Minor Damage From Storms

We got through the last series of storms with only minor damage to the course as a whole. Branches and debris but only one tree blown down on the corner of #18 so we were pretty lucky.

Some players will welcome not having to hit a second shot from under this tree…
